How billing works (Stripe), where your invoices live, and how refunds and cancellation are handled.
| Receipts & invoices | Every charge runs through Stripe and comes with a receipt. Manage cards, invoices and your subscription from the billing portal linked in your client workspace. |

| Cancelling | Cancel any time — no lock-in. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month and simply doesn't renew; your published assets stay live and your data stays exportable. |
| Refunds | The refund policy is written to be client-favourable, including how audits and prepaid unused time are handled. The canonical terms are on the refund policy page — what's written there is what we honour. |
| Something looks wrong? | Reply to any email from us (or write to [email protected]) with the Stripe receipt number and a human will sort it out within 1 business day. |
