What changed in the method and in the service, dated.

Entries are append-only. We do not edit a published entry; a correction is a new entry that says what it corrects. Price decisions are listed by what changed and when — not by their figures: an append-only register holds every superseded step, and republishing those would be publishing prices we no longer charge. What we charge today is on /pricing/.
